After careful consideration, the Community Paramedicine Provincial Advisory Committee (CPPAC) has selected four Ontario Health Team (OHT) representatives to join the CPPAC — including Kenora District Services Board (KDSB) Acting Chief Executive Officer Sarah Stevenson. The four OHT representatives are:
· Rural OHT: Katelyn Beattie – West Parry Sound Region OHT
· Urban OHT: Surkhab Peerzada – Scarborough OHT
· Indigenous Health OHT: Sarah Stevenson – All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team
· Rural/Palliative OHT: Teresa Martins – Oxford OHT
These representatives will serve as the primary OHT voices at the CPPAC, helping to:
· Bring forward local priorities, concerns, and emerging needs from OHTs across the province
· Support meaningful two-way communication between OHTs and the provincial CP program
· Strengthen alignment between Community Paramedicine and OHT-led initiatives
