Meet the Team

While the All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team is comprised of hundreds of team members across the 16 community partners, the ANHP OHT has a dedicated team of staff — seconded from partner organizations — who directly support the ANHP OHT’s work of transforming local health care every day.

Colleen Neil

Executive Lead

Colleen Neil serves as the Executive Lead of the All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team (ANHP OHT), one of the first Ontario Health Teams approved in December 2019 and later recognized as an accelerated OHT in Fall 2023. Since its inception, Colleen has guided the ANHP OHT through its formative years into a mature, collaborative partnership model that is advancing integrated health care delivery across the ANHP geographic region.

With a deep commitment to collaboration, Colleen has worked alongside exceptional community and health care leaders to build a strong foundation for the ANHP OHT. Under her leadership, the partners have strengthened relationships, aligned priorities, and co-designed innovative approaches that improve patient care, access, and outcomes.

Colleen brings extensive leadership experience in health care transformation, system planning, and partnership development. She is passionate about fostering trust, advancing Indigenous and non-Indigenous collaboration, and ensuring that the voices of patients, families, and communities remain at the heart of health system change.

Project Management Lead

Nicole Brown is a passionate visionary and seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience guiding teams and managing complex professional environments. As the Project Management Lead for the digital portfolio at All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team (ANHP OHT), Nicole spearheads innovation and transformation across healthcare technology initiatives. Her leadership ensures that digital solutions are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with community needs and equity goals.

Nicole also serves as the Chief Executive of FSET, a Kenora-based IT firm recognized nationally for its groundbreaking work in digital equity. Under her direction, FSET enabled local First Nations communities to become the first in Canada to access SpaceX Starlink technology—bringing high-speed broadband to remote areas and setting a precedent for inclusive connectivity.

Her commitment to bridging the digital divide and empowering underserved populations has earned widespread recognition, including the 2019 RBC Innovative Company of the Year award and a 2022 RBC Momentum Award nomination. Nicole continues to champion the potential of Northern professionals and the transformative power of technology in healthcare.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nicole is a wife, mother, swim coach, passionate bookworm, and history enthusiast.

Ashley Moore

Executive Assistant

With deep roots in the community, Ashley Moore is proud to call Kenora home. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce from Lakehead University, Ashley returned to Kenora to raise her family and contribute to the community she loves.

Ashley brings a strong passion for administrative support, thriving behind the scenes to keep things organized and running smoothly. She joined the ANHP OHT team in February 2025 and is excited to continue supporting its mission and work.

Outside of the office, you can find Ashley chasing after her toddler or with her nose in a book.

Lincoln Dunn

Communications Specialist

Originally from Vancouver, Lincoln brings a rich and diverse background in marketing and communications to his role as Communications Lead at All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team.  

As general manager of the Fort Frances Times, he led a team of talented writers, editors and designers, building award-winning local content, and stunning, innovative commercial printing projects.

His work in First Nations engagement, both in outdoor experiential education and resource development, has fed a deep appreciation for and commitment to stewardship of the land and resources of Northwestern Ontario.

An avid outdoors enthusiast, spends much of the year exploring the backcountry, paddling a canoe, or caring for his honeybee colonies. His passion for the region he’s called home for almost 30 years has translated into active volunteer work and spirited advocacy for community development, with a particular emphasis on supporting and uplifting the most vulnerable residents.

Decision Support Services Analyst

Mannila Sandhu is a Decision Support Analyst with St. Joseph’s Care Group. In this role, she serves as a core data and evaluation resource for the Regional Specialized Services Network (RSSN), supporting the All Nations Health Partners OHT by developing key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating the impact of initiatives, and leading data analysis and reporting to inform decision making.
 
She brings expertise in northern health system planning, applying her data science skills to develop tools such as dashboards, indicator inventories, frameworks of care, and needs-supply analyses. Drawing on her research background, Mannila also supports measurement and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives across Northwestern Ontario. She works closely with health system partners (OHTs, Ontario Health, RSSN) to ensure data insights translate into meaningful improvements in outcomes of health care.

Stacey Socholotuk

Rural General Council Coordinator

As the first Rural Generalist Council Coordinator, Stacey’s role is to support the development, implementation and operations of the new Rural Generalist Council Care Model. In collaboration with the partner organizations and physicians, Stacey’s work centers around systems geared at improving patient access to care and recruitment and retention of providers to our area.
 
Stacey was born and raised in Kenora, spending a typical 1980s childhood in the beauty of NWO’s outdoors. Leaving for the big city for university, she spent her early career teaching for the Niagara District School Board before heading on a global career adventure encompassing 15 years working in four different counties. She has traveled extensively, benefiting from experiencing and interacting with so many places, people and cultures.
 
In 2018, she returned to Canada and landed back in her hometown to work in the social services field. Her career is rooted in the helping professions with over 20 years of education, supporting community, and engaging in leadership work. 

MARNIE FITZSIMONS-WATKIS

Patient Attachment Coordinator

Marnie is a high-caliber Change Management Specialist with over a decade of customer service experience in the healthcare sector. She is deeply committed to compassionate care, digital health innovation, and improving the lives of others.

Her healthcare journey began at Toronto Western Hospital, where she spent five years as a Referral Specialist, supporting patients and providers through efficient and empathetic care coordination. Most recently, Marnie served as a Lead at Ontario Health, where she championed the engagement and adoption of digital health tools across the Northeast and Northwest regions.

She takes great pride in her collaborative work with Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and other regional partners, contributing to the planning and delivery of the Northwest Central Intake projects — including recent initiatives in Paediatrics.

Marnie’s leadership in advancing digital health is especially evident in her efforts around eReferral adoption. Through her dedication and collaboration, the All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team (OHT) is now recognized as one of the top adopters of eReferral in the province — a testament to her commitment to streamlined, patient-centered care.

A year ago, Marnie relocated to Kenora with her husband, Akeem, who is pursuing his passion as a brewer at Lake of the Woods Brewery. Together with their two dogs, they enjoy exploring the outdoors through canoeing, hiking, fishing, and backcountry adventures.

With her strong foundation in customer service and digital health, Marnie is excited to support All Nations OHT’s Patient Attachment efforts, to collaborate with a team she has long admired, and to give back to the community that has welcomed her with such warmth.

At the heart of everything Erika does is a passion for supporting others and working toward equitable access to services in northern, remote and rural communities.

As a recruiter, she brings together her passion, education and experience to connect talented physicians and healthcare professionals with opportunities in the Kenora area, helping bridge the gap in access to care across Northwestern Ontario.

When not working to add to the local team of exceptional healthcare providers, you’ll find her out enjoying everything our area has to offer.

And while she might not share her best fishing or berry-picking spots right away, she’d love to welcome you for a visit— and give you a few hints to get started in the right direction!

Physician and Health Care Professional Recruiter

Owen has lived his whole life in Kenora (besides a stint of university in Thunder Bay). He’s proud to serve as a physician and healthcare professional recruiter for the ANHP OHT, where he uses his homegrown status to his advantage in understanding both the community’s needs — and the nuances of rural healthcare.

Owen’s role allows him to blend his background in healthcare and regional knowledge to attract and retain physicians who are eager to make a significant impact in Northwestern Ontario. 

By focusing on sustainable and community-oriented healthcare solutions, he aims to help shape the future of medical care in our area!

Kim Elke

Project Manager

Kim is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience across Acute Care, Community Health, and Public Health sectors, and a master’s degree in nursing. A seasoned healthcare strategist, she brings deep expertise in leading accreditation processes across Primary Care, Mental Health & Addictions, Long-Term Care, and Acute Care; working with Accreditation Canada and the Canadian Council of Accreditation.

Kim specializes in designing, managing, and sustaining complex healthcare initiatives, particularly within diverse stakeholder environments. Philosophically committed to equity, cultural humility, and trust-building, she facilitates strategic planning processes, including Community Needs Assessments, stakeholder engagement, and visioning sessions. She also has developed sustainable reporting frameworks, balanced scorecards, and dashboards that ensure continuity between planning cycles.

Skilled in crafting compelling business cases, proposals, and documentation that translate vision into measurable outcomes. Kim streamlines organizational and network operations to enhance efficiency and reduce transitional risks, and brings deep expertise in policy and procedure development that aligns systems and minimizes exposure.
