Recruitment Working Group

The All Nations Health Partners OHT Healthcare Professional Recruitment Working Group has evolved to act as an advisory and resource to the full-time health care professional recruiters.

One of the immediate priorities of the ANHP OHT toward fulfilment of that vision is recruitment and retention of health care professionals. The role of the Healthcare Professional Recruitment Working Group is to oversee the development and implementation of workplans, and to act as an advisory and resource body to the recruiters.

Other roles include communication to the ANHP OHT Partner Table and Executive about progress toward goals and objectives, overseeing the approved budget, soliciting funding commitments from ANHP OHT partners for ongoing sustainability, assisting with referrals and site visits, and facilitating community outreach, partnerships and relationship building. The Recruitment working group works with the recruiters to collectively establish workplan priorities, deliverables, and milestones.
