Our Recruiting Team

Erika Ingbrigtson
ANHP Physician and Health Care
Professional Recruiter

At the heart of everything I do is a passion for supporting others and working toward equitable access to services in northern, remote and rural communities.

As a recruiter, I get to bring together my passion, education and experience to connect talented physicians and healthcare professionals with opportunities in the Kenora area, helping bridge the gap in access to care across Northwestern Ontario.

When I’m not working to add to our team of exceptional healthcare providers, you’ll find me out enjoying everything our area has to offer.

While we might not share our best fishing or berry-picking spots right away, we’d love to welcome you for a visit—and we’ll give you a few hints to get started in the right direction!

Owen Doerksen
ANHP Physician and Health Care
Professional Recruiter

I’ve lived my whole life in Kenora (besides my stint of university in Thunder Bay). I’m proud to serve as a physician and healthcare professional recruiter for the ANHP OHT, where I use my homegrown status to my advantage in understanding both the community’s needs — and the nuances of rural healthcare.

My role allows me to blend my background in healthcare and regional knowledge to attract and retain physicians who are eager to make a significant impact in Northwestern Ontario.

By focusing on sustainable and community-oriented healthcare solutions, I aim to help shape the future of medical care in our area!
