Kenora Community Palliative Care Committee releases new Advance Care Planning Resource Guide

June 19, 2026 — The Kenora Community Palliative Care Committee, working closely with the All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team, has released a new, comprehensive advance care planning resource guide.

The guide, “Palliative Care Resource Guide: Living Well With a Life-Limiting Illness,” is a 16-page resource, providing information on local services, resources and providers of advance care and palliative information. Cover subjects like spiritual, emotional and family supports, First Nations and Indigenous resources, home-based care services and more, the guide is available as a digital resource for downloading from both the ANHP OHT web site, and the Sunset Country Family Health Team. You can download your own copy of the 2026 guide below. Limited printed versions may be available from providers as well.
