October 3, 2025, KENORA, ON – The All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team (ANHP OHT) is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, now live at anhp.net. Built to serve patients, families, health providers, and community partners across the Kenora region, the new site offers a modern, responsive design and a wealth of easy-to-access information about local health services and collaborative initiatives.

The launch of the new anhp.net underscores the ANHP OHT mission to build a coordinated, culturally inclusive health system that meets the needs of everyone in the Kenora area, including Indigenous and non-Indigenous residents.

About the ANHP OHT
The All Nations Health Partners Ontario Health Team, created in ceremony in 2017, includes Indigenous, municipal and health care leaders, working towards implementing a new model of organizing and delivering health care that better connects patients and providers in their communities to improve patient outcomes. In 2019, the ANHP OHT became one of the first Ontario Health Teams (OHTs), as well as the first from the North, the smallest, and the only team with full Indigenous and community partners.
